Payment Procedures
A registration fee (RM500) must be paid after submitting the application form and other documentations. An offer letter will then be sent to you. Regarding the payment style, you can choose to pay per semester or yearly.

Entry Requirements:
Diploma courses:
- Possess SPM (minimum pass in BM and Sejarah) with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject ; OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject; OR
- A Pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum 3 credits (3Bs); OR
- A pass in The General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level（O-Level） with minimum 3 credits (3Cs); OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul in any subject; OR
- A pass in SKM Level 3/Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) in relevant field; OR
- A Certificate (Level 3; MQF) with minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent; OR
- A pass in International Baccalaureate (IB) For a 3 credits 23 points above; OR
- Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
Pass an interview or submission of portfolio determined by HEP as required.
Certificate courses:
- Possess SPM (minimum pass in BM and Sejarah) with a minimum of one (1) credits in any subject ; OR
- Possess Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 2 in relevant field; OR
- Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
Pass an interview or submission of portfolio determined by HEP as required.
